In knowing the importance of continual and passionate engagement, CEI are working closely with the stakeholders involved in the wide array of the local, regional, national and multinational initiatives and grassroots projects being carried out to raise empowerment and resiliency.
Working closely with the Office of the Collector, Office of the Deputy Collector, Office of the Tehsildar Election Branch, the Election Commission of India and the State Bank of India, CEI has been working to provide the villagers important documents of Caste Certificates, Aadhar Cards, Ration Cards and Financial Inclusion through opening of SBI Bank Accounts to the rural, tribal Katkari and Thakur communities of Karjat – Jambhulpada – Sudhagad – Alibag regions of Raigad District, Maharashtra.

With the aforementioned institutional partnerships, CEI is implementing long-term development and empowerment initiatives like Ayurvedic Vanaspati Project, Ashram-Shala Entrepreneurship Development Project, Medical Outreach Programmes, Honey Extraction Economic Empowerment Initiative, Tribal Brick-Makers Empowerment Initiative, Computer Training Programmes, and creation of Centres of Entrepreneurship & Empowerment in every district of Maharashtra.
CEI also engages with a spectrum of Experts in the fields of Agriculture, Law, Medicine, Economics, Pharmaceutical Companies and other agencies.
Thus, the spheres of Judiciary, Bureaucracy, Government Departments, Health & Medicine, Information Technology, Digitization, have all been combined to create an ecosystem of all-round development of the tribal communities of Maharashtra.
Collaborations with State Governments – Empowerment Initiatives with Sahabhag Department and the Government of Maharashtra
As part of Last Mile Delivery Programs, CEI has collaborated with various Government Departments to facilitate the grassroots implementation of various welfare programs for the disenfranchised sections of society.
CEI has had tremendous impact through the Last-Mile Delivery model, that strives to attain and distribute Essential Documents to Below-Poverty Line tribals in Maharashtra. Documents such as the Aadhar Card, Ration Card and Tribal Caste Certificates are brought to awareness over Youth Empowerment Programs in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Rajasthan
On 27th September, CEI had fruitful interaction in its first round of meeting with the Sahabhag Department and the Government of Maharashtra, of which was headed by an Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Chief Minister of Maharashtra.
Sahabhag Department is the Social Responsibility Cell for the Government of Maharashtra, facilitating peer to peer collaborations that work to encourage a positive impact on social well-being of the society to ensure the generation of an ecosystem that brings transparency and visibility in execution of projects under various government flagship programs.
In its next round of meetings, CEI will submit a Detailed Project Proposal for the Rural Empowerment Model to be implemented within villages across the state of Maharashtra; all of whom to be based on CEI’s Resiliency Solutions and Poverty Alleviation Model.
On 10th September 2019, CEI and Asian Vision Institute (AVI) signed an agreement to document a historic understanding. CEI, being led by Shri Jasvir Sohl Ji (Chief Strategy Officer, CEI and UK based Consultant) has successfully shared visions with Dr. Sok Siphana, Chairman of the Asian Vision Institute (AVI) and Dr. Keo Piseth, Director of the Centre for Sustainable Development Studies (CSDS) AVI, to implement Resiliency Solutions and Development Economy Solutions that look to Empower & Transform the Developing Economy of Cambodia and ultimately strengthen the ties within Mekong-Ganga Cooperation(MGC) region.
This Collaboration between CEI and AVI is committed towards implementing innovative new age solutions including Urban and Rural Resilience Programmes, Tourism and Market-Linked Skill Development, Leadership Development for Social Innovation and Local Governance, Inclusive Digital Economy Development and Technology Transfer among many other grassroot initiatives.
Rooted in the Spiritual Essence of the Teachings from Rashtra Rishi Shri Lahiri Guruji, this collaboration marks the beginning of a Global Transnational Alliance for providing Resiliency and Development Economic Solutions to Developing Economies through:

On 12th September 2019, under the Leadership of Shri Jasvir Sohl Ji, CEI successfully completed the first of several Strategic Sessions with the Indian Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Ms. Manika Jain.
Initiating the CEI-AVI Geo-Strategic Alliance on a revolutionary Note, CEI met Ms. Manika Jain, along with Dr. Sok Siphana – Chairman of the AVI
The Indian Embassy in Cambodia extends Full Support to CEI in its Programmes for Backward, Rural Areas & Communities in Cambodia and the Mekong-Ganga Corporation.
This Geo-Strategic and Geo-Political Bond created between India & Cambodia will act as the foundation stone for India’s progressive development into the next decade as a leading superpower of the world!

Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission (MSRLM):
The MSRLM endeavours to impact rural poverty through a range of comprehensive and strategic interventions around livelihood development on a time bound manner. The Mission aims at the eradication of rural poverty by building sustainable institutions to ultimately lead disenfranchised communities towards sustainable livelihoods.
