CEI receives Governor Award on the auspicious occasion of #JanjatiyaGauravDiwas
By Blessings of Param Poojaniya Gurudev ji, CEI has received the Governor’s Award from the Governor of Maharashtra, Adarniya Bhagat Singh Koshiyari ji, on “Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas” “National Tribal Day”.. which was declared by our Prime Minister Adarniya #NarendraModi ji on 15 November 2021.
CEI has been continuously implementing sustainable livelihood and entrepreneurship initiative for the most economically backward tribal groups in these remote rural areas. For the past few years, the journey for these tribals has been massively transformational. Beginning at a point where they were shunned by the society, CEI ensured they are integrated, empowered and now these tribals are entrepreneurs who are able to ideate and implement end to end projects for economic sustenance.
Transcending that first hesitation to speak to ANYONE from the outside community and within two years, reaching a point where they are standing in front of the Governor, accepting an Award for Innovative Entrepreneurship… is a generational leap!
This is a watershed moment for our Tribal brothers and sisters.

CEI receives Award from District Collector, Raigad, Govt of Maharashtra
Following closely on the Award received from the Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra, CEI has once again been awarded by the District Magistrate and Collector of Raigad district, Maharashtra for our Exemplary Sadhana in providing Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Livelihood, Food, Medicare, Sustenance items to the tribals and other marginalised & backward communities during Covid, in the hour of their need. CEI has been continuously implementing Holistic Empowerment initiatives to alleviate rural poverty through a range of comprehensive and strategic interventions around livelihood development in a time-bound manner.
District Magistrate and Collector of Raigad district, Dr Mahendra Kalyankar, conferred the Award upon CEI in an event organised by various departments of Central & State Government on THREE most important programmes – Bhagwan Birsa Munda Jayanti, Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and Janjatiya Gaurav Saptah.
This back-to-back recognition CEI is getting on such landmark occasions and flagship programmes of the Government speaks volumes of the impact CEI has had on the ground.
Govt Letters
For the Empowerment initiatives of CEI, such as Food Aid, Sashakt Beti, Save A Child, Tribal Entrepreneurship etc CEI has received official Letter of Appreciation from various Village Panchayat Administration which comes under the State government.
Village Panchayat Administration assesses the veracity of Food & Medical Program, number of beneficiaries etc after CEI has conducted the program in the village. Only after they have assessed and verified everything, then, these Letters are given by Village Panchayat.
This highlights the credibility of CEI’s relief and empowerment initiatives.
