Ajai Das Mehrotra ji is the Ex Joint Secretary in Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Enforcement Directorate, Engineers India Ltd., Gail India Ltd.

Recipient of Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Award for Development Administration and Commandant’s Prize of National Defense College, he is also the Member of RERA, Governing Council of ICAI-CMA and NACAS Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Bhaskara Pantula Mohan

Acting president, National Company Law Tribunal Presiding over Principal Bench at NCLT, Delhi

Bhaskara Mohan ji is the current Acting President & Judicial Member at the NCLT Principal Bench in Delhi. Prior to this he was appointed as the Judicial Member, NCLT Mumbai in July 2017 and transferred to Amaravati Bench in June 2020.
